Duck Dice Terms and Conditions – Please Read Carefully

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Duck Dice ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing duckdice.onl, creating an account, making a deposit in PKR, or participating in any game or promotional offer, you accept these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of Duck Dice after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on Duck Dice, you must:

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, Duck Dice reserves the right to close all accounts involved and void any balances or winnings associated with them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Duck Dice will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Duck Dice supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in PKR: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards, and compatible mobile wallets.

Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Duck Dice does not accept third-party payments — the name on the payment method must match the name registered on your account. Payments received from unverified or mismatched sources may be reversed.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically within a few hours, subject to verification.
• Raast: Usually same-day for verified accounts.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, Duck Dice may request identity verification documents including a CNIC, proof of address, or evidence of ownership of the nominated payment method. This is standard practice and protects all parties.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Duck Dice offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, reload bonuses, and event-based offers tied to major cricket fixtures such as PSL matches, T20 series, and international tournaments. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• One bonus per player, per promotion, per household/device/IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless specified.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically.
• Duck Dice reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practical.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards bonus wagering requirements, while table games and live casino titles may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed on each individual promotion's detail page.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games on Duck Dice use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and independent of previous results. No strategy, pattern, or system can predict or influence game outcomes.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or dispute during gameplay, Duck Dice will review server-side records to determine the outcome. Our records are the definitive source of truth for all game results. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a platform-side error, the wager will be returned to your account balance.

Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body — for cricket this means results published by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the International Cricket Council (ICC) as applicable. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result reversal, markets will be settled in line with the applicable sporting rules published on the Sports section of the platform.

Duck Dice reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error on our end. You will be notified if a bet is voided and the stake returned to your account.

7 Responsible Gaming

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Duck Dice and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or any form of artificial assistance to gain an unfair advantage in games or bonus acquisition.
• Colluding with other players in any game mode, including live casino tables.

• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any fraudulent financial activity.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Duck Dice reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• These Terms have been violated.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The account holder no longer meets the eligibility criteria.
• A security concern has been raised requiring investigation.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their nominated withdrawal method after standard verification checks are completed.

11 Limitation of Liability

Duck Dice provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform available, accurate, and error-free, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider issues, and events outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Duck Dice shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings arising from platform unavailability.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to protect their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or gross negligence on the part of Duck Dice.

12 Changes to These Terms

Duck Dice may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the revised Terms come into effect, where reasonably practicable.

The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
